250 words: Leigh Toomey, ACC, MBA, M.Ed., MST is a leadership coach, keynote speaker, and author whose work focuses on one specific and under-addressed problem: the structural patterns through which women in senior leadership consistently lose authority they have already earned, without knowing it, and the framework to stop it.

Her career spans pharmaceutical sales, nonprofit leadership, business ownership, and more than two decades in independent school administration, culminating in the role of Head of School. It was there, watching capable, committed women leaders consistently carry more than their roles required, that the Leaking Authority framework was born.

Leigh is the founder of LeadHERship Educational Solutions and the creator of the Leaking Authority Workshop, a hands-on delegation system now delivered to corporate organizations, independent schools, ERGs, and leadership development programs across sectors.
